OVERVIEW

The Xterasys XA-2622G is an IEEE802.11g compliant Access Point, which lets you connect your Wireless-802.11g or Wireless-802.11b devices to your wireless network. The XA-2622G is not only 802.11b backwards compliant , but also provides a high-speed transfer rate of up to 54Mbps, which is almost five times faster than that of wireless B products.

The XA-2622G can act as a Media Access Control (MAC) bridge between wired Local Area Networks, and single/multi LAN wireless network(s). The XA-2622G provides high-level security for data and privacy during wireless connectivity; the 64/128bit WEP encryption protects your wireless communication, while the MAC Address Filter allows you to provide access to only those wireless nodes with certain MAC Addresses.
